Ali Hayri Bingeli was born in Istanbul Fatih in 1950. He graduated from Hirkaiserif Primary School and Pertevniyal High School. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 1979. He has participated in many international and national congresses, seminars, and training programs.

He is a member of the Pertevniyal High School Adult Association, Scouting Volunteers Association and founding member of Dynamic Dentistry Association. He is still the vice president of the Dynamic Dentistry Association.

He joined Dentacell in 2014 by closing his clinic where he worked as a freelance dentist since 1981. He continues his studies especially in the fields of dental implants and aesthetic dentistry.
